Leading Telco client (consulting through FinXL)

• 6 months contract with extensions
• Hybrid working: 3 days onsite 2 days WFH

FinXL is seeking an E2E Business Analyst to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Telco client on a key transformation engagement.

Responsibilities

• Enhanced NPS framework to deliver reliable, robust scoring and actionable insights

• Enhanced visibility into customer sentiment across key touchpoints

• Stronger alignment between customer feedback and business decision-making

• Improved customer experience through targeted, data-driven insights

• Manage E2E business analysis from discovery through to delivery and post-implementation review

• Experience in customer journey mapping and CX Design to identify pain points

• Work in a compliance and regulatory project environment

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience to manage E2E business analysis from discovery through to delivery

• Experience working Customer Experience (CX) or Voice of Customer (VoC) improvement programs

• Understanding of NPS principles, including segmentation, driver analysis, and closed-loop feedback

• Experience in customer journey mapping and CX Design

• Proficiency in project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Visio/Signavio

• Project experience dealing with customer systems (CRM, CDP, CX platforms)

• Understanding of integration points between NPS systems and other platforms
