FinXL is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading telco client on a key transformation engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of programs/projects

• Develop and manage internal and external stakeholder relations

• Define and document the scope and specifics of project deliverables

• Monitor, review, and report on project quality, risks, and issues

• Review and uplift customer complaints processes and frontline staff training

• Enable technical changes for digital complaints handling systems

• Facilitate the creation of dashboards to measure complaints resolution

Key Skills & Experience

• 10+ years' experience managing programs in IT/Telecommunications

• Success managing large, complex programs (budgets $3M+)

• Experience with Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies

• Excellent communication and presentation skills up to C-suite level

• Strong commercial acumen and financial management expertise

• Experience in complaints handling or contact centre transformation

• Experience working with and managing external supplier partners
