We are currently seeking a Java Engineer to join our consulting team. In this role, you will be part of a FinXL-delivered project, working to support the migration of Java - Spring Boot, Tomcat applications to infrastructure integrated with Oracle Exadata.

Qualifications:

• Java Developer background
• Experience in supporting the migration of Java - Spring Boot, Tomcat applications to infrastructure integrated with Oracle Exadata.
• Experience in Jira and Confluence.
• 5+ years of experience with Java (8+), Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and REST APIs.
• Experience deploying Java applications using Apache Tomcat in Linux-based VM environments.
• Experience with Oracle databases, preferably Oracle Exadata.
• Experience in JDBC, connection management, and SQL performance tuning.
• Experience in CI/CD tools - Azure DevOps, GitHub, Artifactory.
• Experience in core infrastructure components: TLS, firewalls, DNS & system services.
• Experience with AppDynamics for JVM and database performance monitoring.
• Experience in scripting for automation - shell- bash
• Experience in application migrations involving Oracle Exadata.
