Join Our Team as a Linux Engineer to Install, configure, troubleshoot & maintain Windows Server & RHEL operating systems.

Key Skills & Experience

• Linux Engineer background
• NV1 Security Clearance or Baseline Security Clearance are required
• Experience Installing, configuring, troubleshooting & maintaining Windows Server & RHEL operating systems.
• Experience in OS patch management to ensure system security and stability on Windows Server and RHEL boxes.
• Experience in supporting and diagnosing and resolving issues like OS hang, performance issues, network connectivity issues & access issues
• Experience in configuration & management of user permissions & access controls for Windows Server RHEL boxes
• Experience in the core setup & usage of VMware technology & vRA automation tools
• Experience in creating new VMs, attaching NIC cards, assigning metadata & tags, adding, removing & modifying disks, moving VM from one ESXi host to another
• Experience in AWS EC2, AWS database, AWS S3 bucket & other AWS components
• Certification in ITIL, AWS, VMware, MCITP or RHEL would be an advantage
• Experience monitoring and analysing the performance of IT systems and infrastructure
• Experience developing & managing incident & problem management processes ensuring fast resolution of IT issues
• Experience facilitating & representing the team for escalated P1 and P2 incidents.
• Experience in SCCM and MECM
