FinXL is seeking a Program Business Analyst to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading insurance client on a key transformation engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of user personas and map end-to-end customer journeys

• Produce high-quality functional requirements using BDD acceptance criteria

• Bridge business and technology to translate complex constraints and needs

• Facilitate workshops with technical architects and subject matter experts

• Support implementation planning and identify cross-workstream dependencies

• Translate migration needs into clear, actionable project deliverables

• Ensure alignment between multiple delivery teams across business and tech

Key Skills & Experience

• Mid-to-Senior BA experience on large-scale transformation or migration programs

• Strong Agile experience with mastery in writing BDD acceptance criteria

• Demonstrated experience in creating user personas and customer journey mapping

• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all levels

• Experience with General Insurance (Claims, Policy Admin) is highly regarded

• Exposure to legacy-to-cloud or platform consolidation projects

• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in a fast-paced environment
