We're currently seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead the delivery of a high-profile Risk and Regulatory program within the financial services sector. This is a key contract engagement (initial 3 months) with strong potential to extend, and the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving outcomes across a large and complex enterprise environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the delivery of a multi-stream regulatory program with a strong risk, compliance, and governance focus

• Providing strategic direction and hands-on leadership across cross-functional teams

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders, executives, and governance committees

• Driving momentum and clarity across the program, ensuring alignment to business objectives and regulatory deadlines

• Acting as a trusted advisor, capable of instilling confidence and influencing at all levels of the organisation

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Program Director or equivalent role, delivering complex, enterprise-scale initiatives

• Strong background in Risk and Regulatory programs, ideally within Superannuation or Banking & Financial Services

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Ability to navigate complex environments and lead teams through transformation with confidence and clarity

• A delivery-focused mindset with a track record of achieving outcomes under pressure
