Requirement:

1. Proficient in Project Management:

• Strong expertise in project planning and scheduling, encompassing the creation and oversight of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Skilled in recognising and addressing project risks and issues to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
• Effective communication with various project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and end-users.

2. D365 CRM Proficiency:

• Extensive experience and a proven track record in the management of projects involving Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Specific expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a fundamental requirement.
• Adept at applying industry best practices for the implementation and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

3. Leadership and Team Collaboration:

• Demonstrated leadership abilities in guiding teams towards the achievement of project objectives.
• Capable of fostering a collaborative work environment and establishing positive relationships with both team members and stakeholders.
