Quality Assurance Lead
Leading Government client (consulting through FinXL)
FinXL Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors.
FinXL is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Government client on a key data transformation engagement.
Responsibilities
Define and manage the testing strategy for data migration tranches.
Oversee functional, integration, and reconciliation testing phases.
Develop automated validation scripts for data reconciliation.
Track and report on defects and necessary remediation activities.
Provide assurance of migration quality and accuracy to stakeholders.
Lead the testing function to ensure compliance of migrated data.
Manage data migration activities into a Common Migration Data Model.
Key Skills & Experience
7+ years in QA/Test roles with experience leading testing functions.
Proven experience specifically leading data migration QA projects.
Hands-on expertise with SQL and automated validation frameworks.
Strong background in reconciliation testing and data assurance.
Familiarity with AWS test environments and cloud technologies.
Knowledge of compliance-driven testing in highly regulated sectors.
Strong stakeholder management and reporting capabilities.
