We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to specialise in Development of our Finite office in our Melbourne office. 

Salary will be between $80,000 and $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing strong outcome driven relationships

  • Growing revenue with existing contacts and generating new relationships Delivering end to end 360 recruitment solutions

  • Talent pooling and market/project mapping

  • Recruiting both contract and permanent roles

You will have the following skills/experience:

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field preferred

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role

  • A professional attitude with excellent communication skills

  • Very self-motivated

  • A strong desire to achieve company and personal goals

  • Excellent time-management and strong organisational skills

  • The ability to work and respond positively under pressure

  • High energy levels, ability to drive business and generate sales opportunities
