Departments.
We are seeking a several Senior Information Management Specialist to join our team full time who will be working
onsite in Melbourne CBD. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-
functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and
strategy.

Required Experience,
Capabilities & Skills:

* Strong experience (approximately 5 years) within a leading insurance / financial
institution or consulting firm as a data or information management professional in
relevant roles including Data Governance specialist, Information management expert.
* Sound understanding of APRA Prudential Standards Including e.g. CPG235, CPS234,
CPS230
* Knowledge of records management principles and best practices of the record
management lifecycle, including retention and disposition.
* Experience with coaching or mentoring others to develop expertise.
* Working knowledge of data quality techniques and monitoring processes
* Familiarity with data governance tooling (Lineage, Metadata, and Data Quality)
* Excellent verbal and written presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
* Demonstrated systematic and analytical approach to problem solving.
* Understanding of risk management principles (including data risk management)
* (Desirable) Previous experience with the design and implementation of Data Governance
Tooling e.g. Collibra
* (Desirable) Policy writing and implementation.
* (Desirable) Personal or commercial insurance knowledge and experience
* (Desirable) Records Management, including archiving and disposition.
