• A high level of Palo Alto expertise in design, configuration, migrations, tuning and customisation of features
• Experience supporting clients remotely and face to face, along with experience working with SIP providers
• Knowledge and experience installing and supporting Palo Alto Security Appliances
• Experience with Fortinet networking equipment
• Must have strong networking background and understanding
• Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer 7-8 (PCNSE7-8) certification preferred.
• CCNP certified a plus
• Data knowledge
• Telco industry background preferred
• Calm under pressure & a logical thinker
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
