About the Role
As a Senior Service Designer, you'll lead strategic, human-centred design initiatives to transform customer experiences and improve service delivery. From conducting in-depth user research to mapping end-to-end service blueprints, you'll work collaboratively to bring innovative ideas to life.
You'll play a critical role in both discovery and delivery phases, partnering with digital product teams and key stakeholders to implement practical, customer-first solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver impactful Customer Journeys, Service Blueprints, and Prototypes.
- Lead user research initiatives, uncovering actionable insights through interviews, ethnographic studies, focus groups, and more.
- Facilitate engaging workshops to drive alignment and ideation.
- Analyse market trends and competitors to inform service strategies.
- Present and communicate insights, recommendations, and designs to stakeholders across the business.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure seamless implementation of service design solutions.
About You
We're looking for passionate, experienced service design professionals who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in service design, customer research, or human-centred design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing customer journeys, blueprints, and service transformation projects.
- Proficiency in tools like Miro, Figma, Dovetail, Maze, and other user research platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in research methods, including ethnography and behavioural analysis.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Consulting experience in financial services is highly regarded.
- A passion for designing innovative, customer-focused solutions.
