Are you an experienced Service Designer looking for an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the public sector? We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Service Designer Personnel to join one of our clients in Canberra.

Requirement:

  • Knowledge of human centred design and experience applying service design methods and techniques
  • Experience working with various disciplines to solve problems, identify opportunities for improvement and progress shared deliverables
  • Ability to bring together a variety of lenses (e.g. user experience and technical feasibility) to produce actionable insights
  • Experience working in a team to plan, conduct and synthesise user research activities to inform decision making and reforms.
