Our client is looking for a Service Transition Lead for a long term contract role.

This is a Senior Position in the Team and need to have experience with process improvement, strong ITIL and ServiceNow. The role is to manage applications and platforms moving into production and into BAU support teams.

Must have ServiceNow experience in terms of onboarding new applications into the platform once moved into service operations.
