FinXL IT is seeking a Service Now Business Analyst to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading commercial client on a key transformation engagement.



Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary Business Analyst for the ServiceNow NowAssist rollout

  • Focus on seamless integration points with Microsoft Teams and Copilot

  • Translate strategic business requirements into actionable technical user stories

  • Gather, document, and analyse detailed requirements for ITSM and Service Catalog

  • Facilitate structured workshops with stakeholders across various business units

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training materials and communication plans

  • Document 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' processes, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices



Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting the ServiceNow platform

  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change)

  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow Catalog design and optimisation

  • Direct experience or strong familiarity with ServiceNow's AI capabilities, like NowAssist

  • Excellent interpersonal and sophisticated stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflict effectively

  • Prior experience working on complex integration projects (e.g., ServiceNow with Microsoft Teams) is highly desirable



What's On Offer?

  • Initial 12 months contract, with a view to extend
  • Located in Sydney CBD, and hybrid working arrangement (2-3 days in the office)
