Job Title: ServiceNow Consultant (3-Month Contract)
Location: Adelaide CBD (Onsite)
Contract: Initial 3 months, with potential extensions (3 + 3 months)
Security Clearance: NV1 preferred, Baseline acceptable (candidate may obtain Baseline if required)

About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled ServiceNow Consultant to join a key project focused on implementing and optimising the HR module within the ServiceNow platform. This isn't about backlog clean-up but a hands-on role driving implementation and optimisation.

You'll be responsible for auditing existing forms and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvements, and managing ongoing service updates to ensure the platform meets evolving business needs. Your expertise will also support advice and resources for rolling out new or updated requirements as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the HR module in ServiceNow's SPP environment

• Audit and optimise existing forms and workflows for efficiency and compliance

• Manage ongoing service improvements and platform updates

• Provide expert advice and support for new or evolving requirements

Requirements:

• Proven ServiceNow implementation and optimisation experience, preferably with the HR module

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows and form design

• Ability to work onsite in Adelaide CBD

• NV1 clearance preferred; Baseline clearance accepted or willingness to obtain

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Contract Details:

• Initial 3-month contract with strong likelihood of extension (3 + 3 months)

• Competitive daily rate based on experience
