FinXL IT is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading commercial client on a key transformation engagement.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end project lifecycle for the ServiceNow NowAssist implementation
Manage the integration scope and execution with Microsoft Teams and Copilot
Utilise and maintain project artifacts (e.g., risk register, communication plans)
Serve as the central point of contact for effective and clear communication to all stakeholders
Facilitate Steering Committee meetings, providing high-quality status reports and recommendations
Define, manage, and control project scope, ensuring strict adherence to deliverables
Effectively manage project resources and vendor relationships
Key Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as a dedicated delivery focused Project Manager, with a minimum of 3 years managing ServiceNow implementation projects (e.g., ITSM, HRSD)
Demonstrable experience managing Generative AI or cognitive tool rollouts (like NowAssist, Virtual Agent, or similar AI-driven solutions)
Strong understanding of core ServiceNow ITSM modules and Service Catalog functionality
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in formal project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and relevant toolsets
Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
