Our client is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead - Consultant to work for a large financial organization in the Sydney CBD and-or Work from home.

Skills and experience:

  • ServiceNow Technical Lead - Consultant background
  • Experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience with ServiceNow implementation, configuration, development and customization.
  • Experience in the transformation and migration of a Jira ticketing system to the ServiceNow platform including the consolidation, simplification and automation of multiple Jira tickets and requests into 1 logged request in ServiceNow
  • Experience providing expert process advice, guidance and facilitation to stakeholders and Resilience practice leads regarding ServiceNow best practice, methodology and platform features.
  • Experience in in agile scrum software development environment contributing to grooming of Jira stories for completeness of requirements & solution artifacts.
  • Experience in JavaScript, CSS, Jelly, JSON, Angular, XHTML and XML
  • Experience in SSO, SAML, SSL, SOAP/REST Web Services, LDAP, JDBC- ODBC
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Experience in debugging and testing
