We are seeking a Technical Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team full-time who will be working onsite in Melbourne CBD. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

Experience required:

• Minimum of 7+ years' experience in a technology team, at least some of this time in a similar role.
• Demonstrated craft to engage, draw out, interpret, and define business/customer requirements.
• Demonstrated craft to translate complex business requirements into product requirements/user stories.
• Demonstrated craft to effectively work with cross-functional delivery teams & manage stakeholder expectations.
• Be able to lead the squad and run scrum ceremonies.
• Work closely with business and tech stakeholders
• Good end-to-end business banking origination knowledge would be a big plus

Core Responsibilities:

• Creating Epic and Jira Stories against the use case and requirements.
• Salesforce experience is must have.

• Analysing existing use case documents to create stories to align development for the new system.
• Organising Journey walkthrough of stories and mapping of stories to Accept criteria to apprehend coverage.
• Documenting technical specifications.

• Document such changes, and write and communicate user stories as necessary.
• Demonstrated craft to translate complex business requirements into product requirements/user stories.
