Systems Analyst

Summary:

As a Systems Analyst professional you will help; design, create, evaluate and document ICT solutions in new and existing ICT systems. You will propose modifications to existing systems and processes, or design new systems to meet user needs as expressed in requirements documentations or user stories.

Duties:

• Perform detailed analysis and evaluation of business processes and requirements.
• Create solution designs and implement solutions to meet business needs.
• Support daily operations and monitor performance of business solutions.
• Adhere to delivery and support methodologies and contribute ideas for improvement.
• Perform detailed technical application assessments considering feasibility, resource effort, risks and benefits.Conduct testing activities such as test planning, execution coverage reviews and defect management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define tasks, resolve issues, solve problems and ensure effective and timely implementation of projects Senior Systems Analyst.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Demonstrated experience leading system analysis of custom build complex ICT projects.
• Ability to contribute to the system development and documentation of ICT solutions.
• Interpreting models and diagrams e.g. UML, Use Cases and BPMN.
• Demonstrated functional experience in SAP based CRM systems.
