Technical Business Analyst - Network Infrastructure
Location - Brisbane
Initial contract for 12 months with possible extension

Overview of Requirement

The Business Analyst will provide business analyst services to support delivery of the OTTD and CRM Projects and the Program, including reviewing and analysing current and proposed business operations, Infrastructure, processes and improvement opportunities.

The Business Analyst will work with the Program Manager, Project Manager, other Business Analysts, subject matter experts, other members of the Program team and personnel in the broader organisation, as required to provide the services in accordance with applicable Program & policies, procedures, standards and requirements.

Requirement

A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in complex IT projects.
Strong Experience in Networking, infrastructure projects.
Experience working in complex programs, structuring business analysis processes.
Ability to work autonomously, on-site and remotely, meeting tight deadlines in high-pressure environments.
Comfortable with ambiguity and challenges and able to influence without formal authority.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Business analysis experience in Waterfall, Agile, IT, and business process management.
Experience in process mapping and documentation.
