FinXL IT is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading government client on a key transformation engagement. Due to the nature of the project, applicants must hold an active Baseline Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Project scheduling - coordinating and maintaining project timelines and schedules.
• Deliverable tracking - monitoring, tracking, and reporting on the status of project deliverables.
• Ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Resource management - Assisting in the allocation and monitoring of project resources.
• Ensuring the team has the necessary tools and information to complete tasks effectively.
• Supporting the Network Engineer in the successful, timely delivery of projects.

Key Skills & Experience

• Applicants must hold an active Baseline Clearance.
• Experience as a Technical Project Coordinator working in large, complex infrastructure environments (networking, cloud, hardware).
• Demonstrated experience working with technical and operations teams.
• Foundational understanding of technical environments.
• Formal qualifications or equivalent experience in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2).
• Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
