Test Manager

We are looking for a Test Manager for an insurance client.

Purpose:

This is a large complex program, with several parallel testing phases (POC, Unit, SIT, UAT). Ideally, they will need to work with the tools/limitations that the client has, yet define an appropriate test management capability that extracts maximum value.

Experience required for this role:

• Recent General Insurance Experience and Agile Delivery Experience.
• Ideally enterprise-level experience and experience with delivery across products, lifecycle, legacy, finance, or data/reporting.
• Proven experience with large-scale business & technology change (10 years+).
• It is a large complex program with multiple planned product releases (20+) requiring a Senior Program Test Manager with the skills and experience to navigate the associated cross-platform integrations and tech solutions.
• Strong leadership, influencing, and communications skills.
