Join Our Team as a Business Test Manager, who will ensure that new products and capability developments are fit for purpose and fully tested on time and will be responsible for the successful delivery of testing activities within a development program.

Key Skills & Experience

• Experience in Test Management - User Acceptance - UAT and Business Readiness - BRT
• Experience in developing test strategy, test approach, test plans, test cases, test execution & defect management
• Experience in managing User Acceptance Test and Business Readiness Test activities
• Experience in test governance
• Experience in Program Increment - PI sessions, writing the user stories with estimates for UAT & BRT, Daily Stand Ups - DSUs, Sprint-Iteration Planning Review-Refinement-Retro-Demo sessions.
• Experience identifying risks, issues and dependencies
• Experience Leading Defect Triage meetings
• ISTQB-ISEB certification
• Experience in the Telecommunications industry would be an advantage
• Experience in Scaled Agile Framework - SAFe
• Experience in Jira
• Experience in billing systems
• Experience in System Testing, System Integration Testing
