  • Stakeholder Management: Consult with and manage senior stakeholders, helping business owners and development teams solve complex problems.

  • System Mapping: Map "as-is" user flows and journeys, navigating the complexities of legacy systems while embracing ambiguity.

  • Iterative Testing: Ensure all design concepts are rigorously tested in real-world scenarios to validate their effectiveness.

What You Bring

  • 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or UI/UX Designer.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma and working within established Design Systems.

  • Proven ability to lead moderated usability testing and synthesize research into actionable insights.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team (supported by Content and UX Designers).

  • A passion for Human-Centred Design (HCD) and its application in large-scale technology programs.

  • Bonus: Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly regarded but not critical.

Why Join Us?

You will be at the heart of a fantastic service transformation program, reporting to the HCD Lead, you'll work in an agile environment where your design decisions truly drive the future state of public service delivery.
