FinXL is seeking an Associate AI Pattern Engineer to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading organisation.

As an Associate AI Pattern Engineer, you will support the evolution of our client's Document Management System. You will focus on the design, implementation, and refinement of AI patterns that enable automated data extraction, classification, and "retraining" of models to improve accuracy over time.

You will be joining the FinXL Associate Program, an award-winning initiative designed to accelerate the careers of emerging technology talent. As an Associate, you will benefit from structured mentorship, access to continuous upskilling, and the opportunity to work on high-impact enterprise projects while being supported by a dedicated account team.

Key Skills & Experience

• AI Engineering background
• Experience in GenAI Tools including Prompt Engineering, and coding assistants like GitHub Copilot.
• Java development experience
• University degree in STEM, Computer Science, AI or related field
