FinXL is seeking a Test Lead to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading organisation.

As the Test Lead you will be part of a program that will modernise infrastructure and migrate all applications to provide a cohesive, more integrated user experience which supports the strategic platform.

Key Skills & Experience

• Test Lead experience
• Experience in functional and non-functional testing
• Experience in IBM Sterling & integration testing involving APIs, MQ, SFTP, batch jobs, file transfers & downstream systems
• Experience in Load, Performance, Fail Over-Disaster Recovery, Operational Acceptance Test
• Experience in performance and security testing to identify potential risks in new infrastructure
• Experience in functional and non-functional - infrastructure and performance and testing experience in a migration and infrastructure project as a Test Lead
• Experience with JMeter to design and execute performance and load tests.
• Experience with Test management tools such as JIRA, QMETRY, and Confluence or similar tools
• UAT experience
• Banking-Finance background would be an advantage
