FinXL is seeking an Associate Change Analyst to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading banking client on a key transformation engagement. FinXL is also able to take over existing visas and provide sponsorship for consultants.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Change Impact Assessments (CIA) to identify workflow transitions.

• Map end-to-end customer journeys to identify and remove friction points.

• Build relationships with front-line stakeholders to gather business feedback.

• Track business readiness and "Go-Live" metrics, including training completion.

• Create high-quality communications, including Quick Reference Guides and emails.

• Monitor data and adoption tracking to identify post-launch support needs.

• Translate complex project updates into simple, actionable steps for users.

Key Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in Change, Business Analysis, or Project Coordination.

• Previous experience within a corporate or regulated environment.

• Strong focus on customer outcomes and improving business processes.

• High proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage).

• Exposure to process mapping tools and methodology.

• Polished and professional communication style for senior stakeholders.

• Adaptability to pivot effectively when project timelines shift.
