We are seeking 2-3 forward-thinking Developers to join a high-performing, cross-functional team within an Enterprise Telco client, within their Digital & CRM space. This is a transformation-focused role where Agentic AI is your primary pair-programmer. Rather than traditional manual coding, you will act as an orchestrator, building and scaling digital capabilities while establishing the "patterns of excellence" for AI-assisted engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Orchestration: Shift from manual coding to "orchestrating" complex solutions across JavaScript, React, and Python via Agentic AI tools.

• SDLC Pattern Recognition: Identify and document repeatable AI-generated patterns to accelerate delivery and enhance the Software Development Life Cycle.

• Cross-Functional Delivery: Work within a Scaled Agile framework to deliver impactful solutions for sales, marketing, and service delivery functions.

• DevSecOps & Excellence: Support the mission by ensuring all AI-generated code meets rigorous security, performance, and scalability standards.

• Pioneering Mindset: Actively ask "How can an agentic workflow solve this?" before writing manual code, leading the shift in how technology is built at scale.

Technical Stack & Requirements

• Core Languages: Professional proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Python.

• AI Methodology: Deep experience (or a dedicated "AI-first" mindset) using LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks to automate coding, debugging, and testing.

• Agile Environment: Strong understanding of Agile Methodologies and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-transformation environment.

• Education: A background in Technology, Science, or Engineering (consistent with the high standards of UNSW, ANU, or similar institutions) is preferred.
