FinXL is seeking an experienced Senior SAP BW and SAC Software Engineer for a long-term contract in Canberra. This role is a hybrid position (3 days onsite per week) focused on transitioning legacy SAP environments to modern cloud architectures

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP reporting and analytics technical support roles.
• Expertise in SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Datasphere .
• Strong hands-on experience with S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, including CDS Views and Fiori apps .
• Proven ability to design data models in a hybrid SAP landscape integrating SAP and non-SAP data.
• Experience in Level 2 and 3 production support, including performance tuning and root cause analysis

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Support the transition from legacy ECC/BW solutions to S/4HANA and Datasphere.
• Engage with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications .
• Mentor and coach internal staff to uplift technical capabilities.
• Manage testing and defect resolution using Azure DevOps
