FinXL is seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Finance Functional Lead to join our Information Technology Division. In this role you will be a key driver in SAP application development, supporting both legacy ECC6 environments and our transition/enhancement within S/4HANA.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team using agile methodologies to deliver high-quality financial solutions that support the organisation's critical functions.

Key Requirements:

• Lead SAP Financial configuration across FI, CO, Asset Accounting, AP/AR, GL/New GL, and Funds Management (PSM-FM).
• Manage complex integration points with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP Concur, SAP BTP Integration Suite, and IBM Integration Bus.
• Provide functional support for the Commonwealth Procurement Framework (cPRF) and bespoke procurement applications.
• Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support, performing root cause analysis and performance tuning via ITSM systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Mentor internal APS staff and provide structured knowledge sharing to build long-term internal confidence in SAP solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 15+ years of demonstrated experience as an SAP Finance Functional Lead.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP FI/CO, Project Systems, and Cross-Application Timesheets (CATS).
• Proficiency with SAP Concur (Request, Expense, & Invoice) and SAP Signavio for process mapping.
• Strong experience working within Federal Government environments using agile frameworks.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to provide expert advice and technical mentorship.
