Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking for an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the public sector? We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join one of our clients in Canberra.

Requirement:

• Proficiency in ITIL v3 framework processes, along with a background in IT service management, will be essential for these tasks.
• Engage in identifying, crafting, and facilitating process enhancements through thorough analysis and design, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, suggesting process improvements or re-engineering, seamlessly integrating new systems with existing ones, and collaborating with internal and external partners.
• Periodically review and enhance crucial deliverable in consultation with key stakeholders.
• If necessary, collaborate with key stakeholders to develop critical deliverable.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to document Service Level Agreements, enabling technical teams to implement necessary changes in monitoring tools and service management systems.
• Comprehend and negotiate the requirements and expectations of various stakeholders.
