We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst - with an AI and CTP- General Insurance background.

Qualifications:

• Business Analyst background
• Experience in CTP, General Insurance and AI knowledge
• Experience in creating rule documentation for AI agent development
• Experience in validating and updating business rules
• Experience in Heuristic rules: ie translating rules into structured documentation for use by the Technical Business Analyst and Machine Learning Engineer
• Experience creating process documentation as required
• Experience in gathering and organising business artefacts for rule conversion.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and discussions to capture business rules and processes.
