CRM Developer - Digital Transformation

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced CRM Developer for a 6-month contract in Melbourne, VIC to join our expert team. This role is a key part of a digital transformation project focused on optimizing customer engagement and internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Development & Customization: Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions, workflows, and customizations based on business requirements.
Integration & APIs: Extend CRM capabilities by developing custom plugins, APIs, and integrations (RESTful, SOAP) with other enterprise applications.
Data Management: Implement and manage data migration and cleansing processes using ETL techniques.
Performance Optimization: Monitor CRM system performance and implement optimization practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of robust solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 5+ years of total experience as a CRM Developer, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on development experience in either Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with CRM development languages and tools (e.g., Apex, JavaScript, .NET, SQL).
Core CRM Skills: Strong experience with CRM APIs, plugins, and workflows.
Integration: Experience with data management and integration techniques, including ETL processes.
Location: Must be based in Melbourne, VIC.
Preferred: Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Salesforce Process Builder) and Agile methodologies.
