FinXL is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading enterprise Banking client on a key customer transformation engagement.

Responsibilities

• Map out digital and online customer journeys to improve banker productivity.

• Synthesise insights into clear problem statements addressing root causes.

• Translate business needs into process maps, user stories, and business cases.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to guide pragmatic decisions.

• Recommend automation strategies for complex product sales processes.

• Own problems from discovery through to solution delivery and embedment.

• Support the adoption and sustainability of change through post-go-live support.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the Banking or Finance sector.

• Strong background in digital customer journeys and process digitalisation.

• Ability to engage credibly with senior leaders and influence outcomes.

• Skilled in bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous environments.

• Analytical, outcome-driven problem solver with a strong bias for action.

• Experience turning strategic intent into practical, scalable digital outcomes.

• Collaborative team player capable of lifting overall delivery standards.
