Junior SAP Security Consultant

FinXL Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors.

FinXL is seeking a Junior SAP Security Consultant to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading commercial client on a key transformation engagement. FinXL is also able to take over existing visas and provide sponsorship for consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Support tickets queue triage and troubleshooting regarding SAP security

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of SAP user roles and authorizations

  • Support user access management including provisioning, de-provisioning, and periodic reviews

  • Monitor and troubleshoot security-related issues in SAP systems

  • Collaborate with senior consultants to implement security policies and procedures

  • Execute SAP SOX controls and participate in audit and compliance activities

  • Document processes, configurations, and changes for knowledge sharing and compliance

Key Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Foundational knowledge of SAP modules such as ERP, S/4HANA, BW, or Fiori

  • Understanding of IT security principles including authentication and RBAC

  • Exposure to SAP GRC tools or ticketing systems like ServiceNow and JIRA

  • Basic knowledge of audit frameworks such as SOX or ISO 27001

  • Strong analytical skills with the willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

  • Good communication skills to provide basic end-user support
