LS Central Consultant - Testing & Documentation

The Opportunity

We are seeking a LS Central Consultant for a 6-month contract to support a major regional pharmacy group's digital uplift project. This role is focused entirely on testing and documentation for a significant backlog of custom development.

This position is fully remote and requires a methodical, detail-oriented individual to ensure high-quality solution deployment across the retail platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead the end-to-end testing and validation of newly developed enhancements across LS Central and Business Central functionalities.

  • Module Coverage: Focus on complex modules, including LS Central core functionality, LS POS, LS Replenishment, and LS Loyalty.

  • Documentation: Develop comprehensive testing artifacts, user guides, and documentation essential for the deployment and handover of all enhancements.

  • Business Central Alignment: Ensure all functional updates and custom code align seamlessly with Business Central core and best practices.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the core development team and business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and resolve issues.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Domain Expertise (Highly Desirable): Proven experience with LS Central or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation, testing, or development.

  • Relevant Experience (Strong Fit): Strong background in Retail, Finance, or POS systems testing and documentation within an ERP environment.

  • Testing Rigour: Experience defining test cases (UAT, SIT) and managing defect cycles within a structured project environment.

  • Methodology: Familiarity with either Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

  • Communication: Excellent written communication skills, with a strong ability to produce high-quality, clear documentation.
