FinXL is seeking multiple experienced SAP Software Engineers to provide technical leadership and high-level software development within a complex ICT environment. As a SAP Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the quality and functionality of software produced by your team. You will lead software development projects, providing technical leadership across planning, development, and construction activities. You will work with a high degree of independence to resolve complex issues within Agile and production environments

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and create technical designs for complex development solutions and provide specialist advice.
• Develop strategies to ensure high-quality code and long-term maintenance of product codebases.
• Lead analysis, design, prototyping, unit testing, and maintenance activities.
• Coach and lead staff to increase performance, engagement, and capability development.
• Manage relationships with partners and service providers to build delivery capability.

• SAP S/4 HANA
• SAP ABAP - may include experience in CRM and ECC modules or exposure to odata service
• SAP BRF+
• SAP UI5
• SAP ERP

• SAP CPI
• SAP Integration Services
• IBM API Connect
• SAML/Oauth
• Experience in SAP BODS
• Prior experience within government or similar large-scale organisation preferred
