FinXL is seeking a highly skilled SAP Product Lead or Lead Systems Analyst to drive the vision, development, and execution of our solution offerings. In this role, you will bridge the gap between market trends and technical delivery, ensuring our applications not only meet business goals but push the boundaries of innovation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute solution visions for product expansion. Align the value chain with portfolio development and translate market insights into actionable technical solutions.
• Oversee the effectiveness of existing applications (SAP S/4 HANA, ABAP) and develop strategies to leverage these systems for strategic business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team. Oversee workflow, manage performance/wellbeing, and drive staff capability through succession planning.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and procurement. Ensure all activities align with local business plans and ICT strategies.
• Negotiate with service providers and collaborate with a broad range of internal/external stakeholders to influence business outcomes.

Technical Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in one or more of the following environments:

• SAP S/4 HANA: Including CDS views, Services Module, and Materials Management.
• SAP Development: SAP ABAP, ABAP on Cloud, and RAP Programming.
• Specialised Modules: SAP PSCD and BRF+.
• Efficiency Analysis: Proven ability to review application effectiveness and resolve complex system issues.
