FinXL IT is seeking a Mid-level Project Manager to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading banking client on a key transformation engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive project governance across multiple migrating business teams

• Manage the migration of legacy databases and applications to AWS cloud

• Liaise with various business stakeholders on delivery

• Maintain rigorous project documentation and reporting standards

• Ensure all migration activities align with corporate operational standards

• Take a proactive, "front-foot" approach to resolving project bottlenecks

• Coordinate technical and business teams to ensure seamless transitions

Key Skills & Experience

• 3 to 6 years of experience in project management within IT

• Strong background in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI)

• Proven experience in governance-heavy project environments

• Practical understanding of cloud migration projects (ideally AWS)

• Highly proactive personality with a "non-wallflower" approach to delivery

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced global environment
