Leading Telco client (consulting through FinXL)

FinXL is seeking a Oracle DBA to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Telco client on a key transformation engagement. FinXL is also able to take over existing visas and provide sponsorship for consultants.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 operational support for Oracle hardware (ExaData) and databases

• Manage and maintain Oracle databases and ExaData hardware environments

• Support and manage SQL database environments

• Participate in data centre migration and lift & shift projects

• Engage effectively with a wide range of technical and business stakeholders

• Operate within an IT service delivery framework (ITIL V3/4)

Key Skills & Experience

• Extensive hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA

• Proven expertise with Oracle ExaData hardware

• Strong experience with 24x7 production support environments

• Demonstrable knowledge of SQL databases

• Experience in data centre migrations or lift & shift projects

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• A proactive and 'can-do' attitude
