Are you a highly organized and adaptable Project Coordinator with a passion for delivering complex infrastructure and network-related projects in fast-paced environments? We are seeking experienced professionals to support delivery across major government programs.
This role is ideal for candidates with a solid grounding in project coordination, particularly within network or infrastructure contexts-who can flexibly apply their skills to meet diverse project demands.
Please note: Due to the nature of the work, candidates must hold an active Baseline clearance or NV1 to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator (Specialist), you will:
Support the end-to-end coordination of project activities, either as a lead or as part of a larger project delivery team.
Maintain project documentation, schedule meetings, track tasks, and support procurement and logistics processes.
Use tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Primavera, Power BI, and Excel for scheduling and reporting.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations, track milestones, and deliver within time, budget, and scope.
Contribute to contract management, SOWs, resource onboarding, and timesheet tracking.
Communicate project status, issues, and risks effectively to the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders.
Foster team collaboration and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Skills & Experience
Prior experience coordinating or supporting infrastructure/network or technical delivery projects.
Ability to operate effectively in environments with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Lean; certifications such as CAPM or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
Strong administrative, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
What We're Looking For
A motivated team player who can adapt quickly to new contexts.
Someone who thrives in structured environments but can work flexibly and independently.
A contributor to continuous learning, growth, and innovation in project delivery.
If you're ready to support major federal government programs and bring your expertise to dynamic, high-impact work-apply now.
