Project Manager - Construction

Summary:

This opportunity is on a contractual basis with our energy & infrastructure client located in Brisbane, one in this capacity would be based in Central Brisbane and operate in the surrounding areas.

Duties:

• Managing multiple construction projects from small variations to existing structures, through to entire buildings.
• End to end project management from planning and design through to commissioning and maintenance.
• Taking responsibility for construction project delivery, and maintaining accountability of external contractors.
• Writing EOI for external contractors to respond to.
• Contract monitoring and management
• Managing procurement throughout a build cycle.
• Directing multiple onsite contractors.
• Dealing with small refurbishment projects. facilities management, and the like beyond the larger projects.
