FinXL is looking for a Sydney-based SAP BTP Developer and Application Support Specialist for a 6-month contract. You will proactively maintain, efficiently resolve incidents, and strategically implement enhancements for our clients' SAP Business Technology Platform landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Focus on maintaining the stability and optimal performance of existing SAP BTP applications including management of technologies like SAP Cloud Connector for hybrid integration, SAP Integration Suite for data orchestration, SAP Identity Authentication Service for secure user management, and SAP Document Management Service for content workflows. The role also supports applications utilizing the SAP HANA database.
• Troubleshoot and root cause analysis of application issues, deploying timely fixes and patches, and developing and implementing minor enhancements based on client requirements.
• Collaboration with both clients and internal teams is crucial for understanding business needs, providing effective solutions, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Continuous learning about the latest SAP BTP advancements and support methodologies is also a requirement.

Skills and Experience

• Strong understanding of SAP BTP platform architecture and its various services from a support and maintenance perspective. This includes the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Cloud Connector configurations, upgrades, and connectivity.
• Expertise in troubleshooting integration flows and API connectivity within the SAP Integration Suite.
• Experience in supporting and resolving issues related to user authentication and authorization via SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS). This involves managing user access, roles, and permissions using SAP BTP role collections and ensuring compliance with security policies. Proficient in implementing and maintaining SAP BTP security measures such as Single Sign-On (SSO), OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and password policies.
• Conduct frequent monitoring of security, audit logging, custom applications, custom services, HANA DB, batch jobs, and BTP health check-ups.
• Familiarity with supporting and troubleshooting issues within SAP DMS, including content access and workflow problems.
• Basic understanding of SAP HANA database operations relevant to application performance monitoring and troubleshooting. Ability to execute basic SQL queries for diagnostic purposes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
