Qualifications:

• Business Analyst background
• Business Insurance experience
• Requirements gathering and documentation experience
• Experience in change management and business change readiness
• Stakeholder engagement experience
• Experience leading discovery and delivery phases
• Experience in technical platforms like Vero Edge, SCTP-Sunrise
• Experience in confluence, JIRA and SharePoint
• Experience in workshop facilitation
