Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join a critical Service Transformation Program. This role will work closely with the Program Manager and take full ownership of project management responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes within scope and budget.

This is a new engagement-please do not submit profiles of candidates previously submitted in the last nine months.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project artefacts throughout the project lifecycle

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage activities, dependencies, and issues to resolution

• Produce high-quality project documentation and reports in line with program requirements

• Manage and maintain risk and issues registers, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and project success

• Lead, mentor, and support project resources, driving a positive, high-performance team culture

Key Selection Criteria

• Proven experience in large-scale program, project, and PMO environments

• Strong CRM experience essential; MS Dynamics experience highly desirable

• Demonstrated knowledge and application of Agile methodologies

• Scrum Master or SAFe Agile certification highly desirable

• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence

• Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is desirable
