FinXL is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading banking client on a key transformation engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage scoping, requirements, and prioritisation activities.

• Establish requirements baselines and ensure full traceability to solutions.

• Investigate complex business situations characterised by ambiguity.

• Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis and identify recommendations.

• Perform advanced modelling for significant change programmes.

• Plan modelling activities using appropriate techniques and detail levels.

• Communicate complex modelling results to senior managers for agreement.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience within technical environments and deep IT process knowledge.

• Proven ability to lead workshops and drive productive outcomes.

• Exceptional communication skills for managing stakeholder expectations.

• Proven track record of navigating ambiguity to reach actionable results.

• Ability to provide constructive challenge to ensure robust requirements.

• IIBA CCBA or CBAP certification is highly preferred.

• Holistic analytical mindset to identify problems and opportunities.
