FinXL is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading government client on a key transformation engagement. Due to the nature of the project, applicants must hold an active Baseline Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Managing service performance against defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Acting as a key point of contact for service escalations.
• Overseeing incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Conducting service reviews and providing regular performance reports to stakeholders.
• Identifying and driving continuous improvement (CSI) initiatives.
• Taking ownership of the operational performance of technology services.
• Ensuring all IT services meet quality, performance, and availability expectations.

Key Skills & Experience

• Applicants must hold an active Baseline Clearance
• Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager working in large, complex environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex service performance metrics.
• Effectively handle escalations from business units.
• Ability to report detailed performance data to senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles (implied by responsibilities).
