FinXL is seeking a Workday Consultant (Technical & Functional) to join our consulting team for a high-impact, short-term advisory engagement with a leading Scientific Research client. Initially, this would be 3-4 weeks of work, with potential for further work based on the roadmap you help define.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key Technical and Functional Advisor on Workday

• Assess current Workday utilisation across HCM and Financial Reporting (ERP)

• Evaluate the existing use of Workday for Project Management

• Conduct stakeholder engagement and detailed process analysis

• Provide strategic recommendations on leveraging the Workday platform

• Identify opportunities to optimise workflows

• Advise the client on getting the most value from their Workday investment

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a senior, seasoned Workday consultant

• Strong expertise across both functional and technical aspects of Workday

• Specific subject matter expertise in Workday Financials and HCM

• Must be based in Brisbane and able to work on-site

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and advisory skills
